PAT Outdoor Terminations


G&W’s outdoor PAT style transmission terminations are designed for extruded dielectric cable systems from 69kV to 245kV. Features:
  • Stress Cone: Factory molded and 100 percent tested
  • Available with mechanical shrink or slip on installation method.
  • Type tested per applicable requirements of IEEE 48, IEC 60840 and IEC 62067
  • Field proven, time proven reliability, with installations worldwide.

The terminations shall be designed, tested and built in accordance with applicable sections of IEC 840, IEEE 48 for Class 1 terminations, AEIC CS7 and AEIC CS6. The terminations shall be rated:
