Stationary switch controls

Single-way controls can be supplied in various styles of NEMA enclosures for stationary mounting to the switch or on a nearby structure. Controls are available with or without battery backup and can be powered directly by a 120 VAC supply or from 24 VDC batteries. For SF6 style switches, the control prohibits local and remote operation if the switch dielectric is low. SCADA interface is available permitting remote control and status feedback through an optional, user specified RTU and communication device. Local mode selection takes priority over remote SCADA controls, thus providing the on-site operator with complete and safe control over the switch.
